Eiza González Swears by These Three Fitness Rules

Eiza González’s star is still on the rise, but she’s already appeared in several hit movies, including Baby Driver, Alita: Battle Angel, and Hobbs & Shaw. All these projects were pretty physically demanding and her approach to fitness helped her stay in great shape.

Staying on the Move

González doesn’t necessarily work out every day, but she believes it’s important to stay on the move. Whenever she’s not doing her regular exercises, such as Pilates, yoga, and weight training, she enjoys switching things up by boxing or going hiking and surfing.

Discipline Comes First

The Mexican actress struggles to find time to work out, just like everyone else, but she believes that it’s important to stay disciplined. Working out helps her stay motivated and positive and she sees it as a way of expressing gratitude towards her own body.

Finding Perfect Balance

González doesn’t like going to extremes and putting too much pressure on her body. She always tries to balance things out through a healthy diet and water intake. Hydration is key for the Baby Driver star, and her diet mostly consists of organic and plant-based food.
