A combination of creams, proper diet, and most importantly, workout, can do wonders for you. Here’s our suggestion for the best fitness routine that will help you get rid of cellulite.

Set aside time for 20 minutes, 4 times a week, of cardio, strength exercise, and flexibility exercise. Focus on the lower body and don’t forget to stretch. When you get used to this rhythm, increase the length of the training to 40 minutes, three times per week. Increase the time for cardio and the weight you’re working with. The best way to do it is in a gym with all the machines you need. This way, you’ll be able to work each muscle group individually and regularly increase the weight.

The days you’re working out are just as important as the rest days. Make sure you pick up the tempo that’s sustainable for you in the long run and you’ll quickly see improvements if you do the workouts regularly!
