]]>Lie down on your mat and bend your knees. Take your left leg and cross it over your right leg. Then, take your left foot, hook it behind your right ankle and lift it from the floor. Put your hands in a T position and gently roll your knees to the left side. Turn your head to the right side and hold the stretch about 30 seconds. Then, turn onto your right side and repeat the process. When you are done, switch legs and do it all over again.
Hanging from the bar, lean forward by pulling your chest down and placing your feet into the letter L. Then, pull your chest back up and bend your spine backward as far as you can. This exercise will stretch both the front and back of your body.
By making a stepping position, slide your left foot forward and your right foot back. Then bend your left knee, put your right hand onto your chest, rotate your body and with your left hand try to reach your back heel.
