]]> Spanish model and actress Elsa Pataky, who’s also Chris Hemsworth’s wife, shared a short video showing a basic workout you can do at a beach. The video was published by Centr, a personalized fitness and health program by Chris Hemsworth.
According to their website Centr “believe[s] in training hard, eating right and living well – the three ingredients for a healthy, happy and well-balanced life.”

In the video, we see Pataky on the beach demonstrating the workout. It involves walking lunges, forward and reverse crawls, alternating sit thrus, and squats. She shows how many times to do each and how many times to repeat the whole cycle.

After you’re done, run into the ocean to cool down just like Pataky did! See the video below.
