Elvis is one of the most talked-about movies of the summer, and it gave us one of the best soundtracks in recent memory. It was just a matter of time before one of our favorite fitness YouTubers shared a workout inspired by this hit musical, and EmkFit decided to get it done.

Emily Thorne of EmkFit is committed to making fitness fun and accessible, and her carefree approach to working out is the reason behind her huge success. She attracted over 400,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel since its launch, and her workouts are just the thing you need if you’re struggling with motivation.

Music is the driving force behind most of her workouts, and this one is no different. It’s choreographed to some of the biggest hits from the Elvis soundtrack, including “Vegas” by Doja Cat, “Tupelo Shuffle” by Diplo and Swae Lee, “The King and I” by Eminem and CeeLo Green, and Presley’s own songs “Burning Love” and “I Got a Feelin’ in My Body.”

You don’t have to be a fitness expert to enjoy this workout because most of the moves are dance-based and pretty easy to copy. Thorne will walk you through each one beforehand and encourage you to keep going along the way.
