Ping pong is so much fun and everyone loves it, men and women, boys and girls. This could be the perfect family activity that helps everyone bond while also helping you lose calories.

Cycling

Cycling is another one of the family activities that will keep you busy and fit. Take out the bikes and take a new route every weekend.

Swimming

It doesn’t matter if it’s at the pool or the local lake, swimming is such a great way to be active. It helps with the proper physical development of children, so don’t hesitate to spend the weekend swimming.

Bowling

Spending a day at the bowling alley will become your favorite thing to do with your family. It will not cost you a fortune and it will bring out the most competitive side of everyone. Although bowling seems like a very easy sport, it does require physical activity, which means it’s healthy for the whole team.
