Having healthy habits is not an easy thing, especially if you are always on the run and super-busy at work. Keeping up with everything, a balanced diet, exercising, social life, is as hard as it looks and sounds. These simple things will help you be one of those fit people you always envy.

Find a Workout That You Like

You can’t just decide to go to the gym if you absolutely don’t like it. These days there are so many different types of workouts that you can definitely find the perfect one for you. Think of Pilates, Zumba, running, Tabata, CrossFit, and many more.

Don’t Forget About Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Make sure to adopt this as one of your healthy habits. It will provide you with energy to go through the day and even do a morning workout.

Keep a Schedule

If you plan your schedule ahead of time, you can literally get to do everything you’ve had on your mind. Writing events and plans down makes things so much easier.

Hydrate

Our body does not only run on food, but on water as well. Always drink your daily dose of liquids.

Cześć! Już od dłuższego czasu wprowadzam do swojego życia coraz więcej różnych rozwiązań bardziej przyjaznych dla środowiska. Oczywiście bardzo stopniowo :). Ubrania piorę w płatkach mydlanych lub orzechach piorących, na zakupy zabieram bawełniane torby (a ostatnio nawet lniane woreczki na drobne produkty 😊), nie kupuję słomek, przestałam kupować szampony w butelkach a zamiast nich używam szamponu w kostce, staram się wykorzystywać produkty spożywcze do końca i marnować jak najmniej jedzenia, segreguję śmieci, nie kupuję produktów z olejem palmowym itp. Plastikowe butelki przestałam kupować już jakiś czas temu. W pracy używałam domowego kubka i wody z kranu, a na dłuższe podróże starałam się kupować sok lub wodę w szkle. Jednak nadal produkowałam sporo śmieci i niepotrzebnie wydawałam pieniądze. Ostatnio w sklepie @fair_trend znalazłam szklaną butelkę od @myequa – od kilku tygodni używam jej codziennie i jestem zachwycona – praktycznie nie kupuję żadnych napojów w sklepie a wodę mam zawsze przy sobie (jedynie ostatnio w podróży, nie miałam dostępu do dobrej wody z kranu i kupiłam jedną butelkę). To mój kolejny krok do mniejszej produkcji śmieci i bardziej świadomego życia. Jestem przerażona ilością śmieci jakie mijam na trawnikach i w krzakach w drodze do pracy. Jest to bardzo smutne, szczególnie, że obok są kosze na śmieci.. Ilości plastiku, które znajdują się w morzach i ocenach są nie do opisania.. Plastik zalewa nas ze wszystkich stron.. Każda drobna zmiana ma znaczenia i dlatego ja zaczęłam od siebie! Eat Five Times a Day

Three meals and two snacks is the amount that nutritionists recommend. However, make sure your meals are well balanced.

Eat Proteins

If you eat meals that are high in protein you won’t feel hunger for two to three hours. Therefore, choose yogurt, boiled eggs, meat, and low-sugar protein bars.

Cook Healthy Foods

You don’t need to cook separately for you and your family. Set an example, maybe then your husband or your kids will follow your diet and began eating healthy, as well.

Use Technology

If you aren’t a gym person, don’t worry, you can still be fit, just use your smartphone. Most smartphones have a step-by-step option, and your goal should be at least 10,000 steps a day. In addition, there are also apps to help you track what you eat and calculate your daily calorie intake.

Sleep Well

A good night’s sleep is key to a healthy lifestyle. To get more sleep, put the bedroom at optimum temperature, go to sleep at the same time, darken the room, and mute your phone.
