We’re only days away from Halloween which means it’s time to get as many Halloween-themed workouts in as possible. Sure you can play a Halloween playlist or swap dumbbells for pumpkins, but these Halloween-themed workouts, complete with music and costumes, will get you in the spooky spirit.

15-Minute Halloween Dance Workout

This high-energy workout from Jamie Kinkeade, the founder of and instructor at The Studio by Jamie Kinkeade, includes “Ghostbusters”, “Thriller”, and other Halloween-themed hits while incorporating high knees, squats, and dance moves for a full body cardio workout.

“Exercise The Demons” Zombie Workout Video

If the makeup, lighting, and costume don’t scream Halloween, we don’t know what else would. Led by HyperBody®, a multimedia artist and AFAA-certified group fitness instructor, the simple choreography will get you moving in no time.

25-Minute Pumpkin Workout

If high-paced dance choreography isn’t your thing, try this strength workout which uses a pumpkin. Brought to you by BCRPA-certified trainer Kelsey Ellis, you’ll do 12 reps of each exercise with one to two minutes of rest between sets. Some of the exercises you’ll do include sumo squats with bicep curls and single-leg deadlifts with rows.
