]]>Maddie Lymburner of MadFit created several viral workouts inspired by Swift’s music in the past, so it wasn’t a shocker to see her do the same with Midnights. This dance cardio workout is just ten minutes long and it includes songs “Anti-Hero”, “Lavender Haze”, and “Karma”.
Emily Throne of EmkFit also couldn’t resist filming a workout that pays homage to Swift’s new album. If you’re still a beginner and want to try a relaxing workout that doesn’t contain any complicated moves, this is just the video you’re looking for. The song choice is pretty expected, and it includes the same songs as MadFit’s, with the addition of “Bejeweled”.
Kyra Pro is one of YouTube’s best sources of music-inspired workouts. In addition to the three songs featured in the previous two workouts, this one includes “Vigilanti S—t” and “Bye Friends!” She also filmed a 30-minute version of this walking workout, featuring a total of five more songs.

]]>We can always count on MadFit to share workouts inspired by the most popular pop hits and she couldn’t resist making a 15-minute video with songs from Harry’s House. Her workout is missing the album’s leading single “As It Was”, but that’s only because she already made a separate workout video featuring this song.
EmkFit is one of YouTube’s best sources of fun and offbeat dance workouts. You can already find workout videos dedicated to One Direction and Harry Styles on this channel, but that didn’t stop its founder Emily Thorne from creating a new video with the best songs from Harry’s House.
Kyra Pro opted for a little bit different approach and created a walking workout inspired by Harry’s House. She included songs “Late Night Talking”, “As It Was”, “Music For A Sushi Restaurant”, and “Day Dream” in her YouTube video, but she also shared a longer, 30-minute workout on her Patreon.

]]>Kyra Pro is planning to spend October filming spooky workout videos, and she kicked things off with her Disney mash-up clip. The list of songs featured in this video includes Disney Parks Halloween tune “It’s Halloween-lo-ween”, the Wizards of Waverly Place theme song, “Friends on the Other Side”, The Princess and the Frog, and “I Put a Spell on You” from Hocus Pocus.
Kyra Pro also included “This Is Halloween” from The Nightmare Before Christmas, and her subscribers are hoping she’ll dedicate an entire workout to this movie alone. Despite their spooky theme, the songs in this video are upbeat and it’s pretty easy to work out to them.
The workout itself lasts for 20 minutes, but the moves are not too complex and you can get through them with ease. It features many jumping exercises, but there are also many different variations of squats and arm exercises involved, so you can get a pretty great full-body workout along the way.
