Varley is one of the chicest performance-first lifestyle brands on the market, and seeing them team up with the Parisian brand Maje makes total sense. They came up with an activewear collection that seamlessly merges fashion with fitness while giving a nod to 80s fitness trends.

According to Varley’s founder Lara Mead, both creative teams had a wonderful time building looks and telling stories through the collection that evoke memories of retro activewear.

“We quickly identified the ‘80s activewear era as an interesting starting point. The playful and fun elements of statement prints and joyful colors are definitely in every piece, but with a more sophisticated palette,” Mead told The Zoe Report.

Funky leopard workout sets, leggings, and sports bras are the staple of this workout collection, but they’re not the only pieces this line has in store. You can also shop for a wide range of nostalgic workout pieces on Varley’s official website, including an elastic striped belt and a colorful retro headband.
