Fortunately, practicing simple stretches a few times a week can help improve overall flexibility and relieve physical discomfort. Start slowly and only do what feels right for your body. With consistent practice, your back will feel better in no time. 

Cat-Cow Stretches

Get onto your hands and knees on a yoga mat or other comfortable surface. Begin by arching your back upward and lowering your head toward the ground. Inhale, then lift your gaze upward and arch your back down toward the floor. Repeat 5-10 times to loosen tight muscles and increase spinal flexibility.

Seated Spinal Twist

Sit on your mat with your legs extended out in front of you. Bend your right knee and place your foot on the floor outside of your left knee. You can also bend your left knee if it’s comfortable. With your right arm on the floor behind you for support, twist your torso to the right. Hold for 5 breaths, and repeat on the other side.

Child’s Pose

Begin by sitting on your heels on a comfortable surface. Slowly lower your forehead to the ground, either extending your arms out in front of you or relaxing them by your sides with your palms facing up. Breathe deeply and hold for at least 30 seconds. For extra support, try placing a folded blanket under your shins or behind your knees.

Sciatica is a condition where the patient can feel a pain radiating down one or both of their legs, their buttock, or at the base of the spine. Sciatica is caused by stress to the sciatic nerve. This nerve runs through the lower spine and then snakes down the leg. Several factors can cause sciatica and it is important to know what is causing it so that it can be treated properly. That said, here are some courses of action you can take if you suffer from sciatica.

Stay Active

It may be uncomfortable, but the best thing you can do is keep walking, standing, and sitting upright as much as possible. One of the worst things you can do is stay lying down for weeks. This will aggravate the symptoms. But make sure you don’t do any heavy lifting.

Take NSAID Painkillers

If the pain is really bad and is disrupting your daily life, then take NSAID painkillers such as ibuprofen. This should alleviate the pain for a short while. But if the pain persists, seek medical attention.

Chiropractor

Sometimes, sciatica can be caused by the nerve being trapped by a disc in the lower back. If this is the case, a chiropractor may be able to get the disk back into place. This will stop the pain.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is also another option that can be used alongside other treatments, such as painkillers and a chiropractor. It can be effective at relieving pain. This can be preferable to taking painkillers for long periods.

Здесь более традиционный вариант исполнения. Если ваша цель набор массы на спине, что тоже немаловажно для выстраивания пропорций тела, то это упражнение не подойдет. Так как тягу для массы лучше делать с приличным весом, что будет сильно отличаться от веса гантелей на разведение. Зимой я много работала с большими весами, и делала тягу со штангой, вес был примерно 22-30 кг. На шлифовку тела, а именно на проработку мышц, чтобы спинка была рельефная, я начинаю работать с меньшими весами, но большим количеством повторений. В этом упражнении хорошо прорабатываются мелкие пучки мышц, придавая те самые красивые рельефные рисунки на спине! Ну и конечно, важен весь общий подход к тренингу. Скоро будет лето, работайте на рельеф, не переедайте, больше ходите и ездите на велосипеде! Это отличный способ сжигать дополнительно жировые запасы!
