]]>If you’ve been following Ting for quite some time, you already know that she’s no stranger to summer fitness challenges. This one shares similarities with some of her past popular programs, but it was created to offer more options to people of all fitness levels.
“The summer shreds in different years follow the same goals but were made in slightly different styles and video lengths. It is to provide things such as new variation of moves, sequences, and even taking into account different people’s schedule!” explains Ting.
A full schedule of her Summer Shred Challenge is available on her official website, while new videos will be regularly uploaded to her YouTube channel. She highly recommends doing a warm-up and cooldown before each workout, but the number of workouts you’ll include in your routine is optional.
Ting kicked off Summer Shred Challenge by dropping a full-body workout that doesn’t involve any planks or equipment. She proceeded by sharing a 10-minute ab workout and she’s expected to release three more brand-new videos as this program progresses.
