]]> Staying fit at home can be a total nightmare, but Tracee Ellis Ross is making it look super fun. She’s been sharing virtual workout videos with her Instagram followers for months and they’re the best source of motivation you could possibly ask for.

What we love about Ross’ videos is that she doesn’t focus on perfection and she fully embraces all the ups and downs of working out. Judging by her latest video, she struggles with motivation just like the rest of us, but there’s nothing that a good song and a brief round of dancing around her room can’t fix—and that’s the attitude we should all bring into our home workout routines.

The Black-ish star isn’t left to her own devices during her workouts. She’s a huge believer in the Tracy Anderson Method and she’s been doing home workouts developed by this celebrity trainer since March.

Ross and Anderson actually go way back and they’ve been working out together for seven years. Her routine consists of a series of full-body exercises, targeting her legs, arms, and abs, and they’re synchronized to the amazing music that allows Ross to move freely and feel great during her workouts.
