]]>In this 31 day challenge, you start off with 10 repetitions of each squat, lunge, and push-up and each day add another into the mix. As these are some of the most basic body-weight moves, they are a great way to begin your fitness journey, but it is important to do them with proper form.
Using the wall to learn to squat is a great way. Remember to keep your knees in line with your toes and not to touch the wall!
Lunging can be harmful to your knees if you let your knee fall over your ankle. This video should help you see the right (and wrong) way to do it:
Push-ups are very difficult if you don’t have much upper body strength and it will take a while to build it up. Did you know in a full push-up, you’re pushing up between 60 to 70 percent of your body weight? This video will help teach you ways to build that strength before making your way to the floor.
No matter if you’re a beginner to fitness or if you work out every day, proper form will help you in the long run, so it’s important to begin learning by doing the exercises the right way.

You’ll have to visit their YouTube page for full videos, but they have an Instagram for more content that teaches instead of only showing you what they can do.
Why? She’s a down to earth fitness enthusiast. She isn’t afraid to tell you all the ways she goes wrong with her diet and exercise plan, and she focuses on being active every day.
Keltie also has an Instagram you can follow, @keltieoconnor but we prefer her YouTube channel.
Why? Jon Venus is different from other bodybuilders as he’s a vegan. While I’m not a vegan, personally, my lactose intolerance does lead me to follow many vegan recipes.
His Instagram is full of snack ideas, which we are huge fans of!

]]>It’s tough to begin a practice that seems so difficult. You could sign up for a class, you could go to your local bookstore and pick up a book, or you could purchase a full course online. Most of these options will cost you money, and even a lot of time.
So you’re asking yourself, how do I begin yoga when I’m too lazy to even get up for a cup of coffee?
In bed of course!
We’ve rounded up three videos for those of us too lazy to get up out of bed or out of your desk chair.
To do this sequence, you don’t even have to get out of bed! It couldn’t be easier!
This sequence takes place on a mat on the floor, but never fear! Even if you can’t be bothered to leave your bed, we’re sure you could follow Rosalie’s video.
You definitely won’t have to leave your comfy bed to do these moves!
