Fit Body App founder Anna Victoria is one of our favorite fitness influencers on Instagram, and 1.2 million of her followers seem to agree. It’s always a blast when she shares one of her amazing workout videos, and her latest shows her demonstrating a couple of epic moves for toned arms.

Anna Victoria immediately warned her fans it won’t be easy copying these moves, since they’re super-hard and engage both your arms and core. She performed them using 15 lbs dumbbell set, but you can opt for lighter ones if you want to take it easy.

She can be seen performing 10 reps of five different exercises – single-arm shoulder press, double-arm shoulder press, single-arm hammer lateral raises, double-arm hammer lateral raises, and arm rows in bear crawl position.

The video is self-explanatory and you can easily copy the moves by watching Anna Victoria do it, but she also shared a couple of pretty helpful guidelines in the description. If you’re still a beginner, make sure to pick a set of weights that suits you, since Victoria promised a demanding workout.

STRONG ARMS BABY! ??? I dare you to try the last move… it’s SO HARD!! It uses your core just as much as your arms, such a killer move. Tag a friend to try with you! . Superset 1: ? Single Arm Shoulder Press: 10 reps each side. (I’m using 15 lbs) Be sure you’re holding the opposite arm up as you alternate. This is going to make it burn even more and is a great trick you can use if regular Shoulder Press’ aren’t challenging you enough anymore! ? Burnout! Do as many Two Arm Shoulder Press’ as you can! When you think you can’t do any more, do TWO more. Seriously. . Superset 2: ? Single Arm Hammer Lateral Raise: 10 reps each side. Go down in weight in this one (I’m using 10 lbs) and instead of having your palms facing the ground like in a normal Lat Raise, have the facing out, perpendicular to the ground. Raise your arm to be just above parallel to the ground, and control the movement on the way back to the starting position. Also, super important you lead with your shoulders here, not with your forearms. ? Burnout! Do as many Two Arm Hammer Lat Raises as you can! . Ok now for the killer move… use your core to keep you elevated off the ground. Minimize hip swinging as you bring each dumbbell up to your side. If you’re an avid gym enthusiast who follows dozens of fitness gurus online, you’re probably familiar with Anna Victoria and her Fit Body app. The famous influencer recently shared an emotional post about her fertility journey and how it taught her to appreciate her body even more.

Victoria has been undergoing fertility treatments for seven months now, and admitted they threw her off her fitness routine much more than she expected. Her workouts are less intense than they used to be, and she’s not hitting the gym as often as before – but it’s all worth it.

THEN AND NOW ? ❤ Then: following @fitbodyapp Sculpt workouts which is strength training 5x a week for 45 mins plus tracking my macros to a T. I had about a 90/10 food balance, didn’t feel restricted but was super focused and on track. (Also 1 month before our #TTC journey started) . ❤ Now: Some weeks I work out 3x a week, some weeks 2x, some weeks 4x. When I do work out, it’s either a Tone or Sculpt workout, but only strength training, no cardio. My workouts are a lower intensity overall since I’m supposed to be keeping my heart rate down. I didn’t lower my macros so I have been working out less and eating the same amount. My eating balance has been about 70/30. . The result? I weigh 10 lbs more today than I did in the “then” photo. (I only know this from doctors appts ?) The impact on my self-worth? NONE. I love both bodies. ? You’re not always going to be super lean and you’re not always going to be super on track. But sometimes you will! ? Both are deserving of self-love. Your fitness ability and where you are in your journey doesn’t define you. This is an incredibly empowering journey that helps increase your confidence and self-love, and that should be true whether you’re 100% on track or not. . As most of you know, I’ve been going through fertility treatments for 7 months now (with some months in between of “taking a break”) and I never expected something like this to throw me off my routine as much as it has. Things happen unexpectedly (to all of us!) that prevents us from being super focused on our fitness journeys, but that’s not the end of the story. It’s not the end of mine and it’s not the end of yours. This is only one moment in time. . As challenging as it’s been to work out these days, I’m pushing through because it’s how and when I feel my best. It’s when I have the most energy, it’s when I’m the most productive (in other areas of my life) and I know it’s what my body deserves. No matter what my body does or doesn’t look like. My journey may not be perfect, but it doesn’t have to be and neither does yours. Anna Victoria revealed she’s gained 10 lbs in the meantime, but she’s not letting the weight define her and her self-esteem is still intact.

“I love both bodies… Both are deserving of self-love. Your fitness ability and where you are in your journey doesn’t define you. This is an incredibly empowering journey that helps increase your confidence and self-love, and that should be true whether you’re 100% on track or not,” wrote the famous influencer in an empowering Instagram post.
