Asparagus is a good source of antioxidants, so it can help you reduce inflammation and fight damaging effects of free radicals.

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus ? These wraps make for a perfect side dish with any meal. They are absolutely delicious ? . INGREDIENTS: ▪A few slices of bacon, thin cut (do not use thick cut as they require more baking time and may overcook the asparagus) ▪2 bunches of asparagus (or approximately 1lb) ▪2 tablespoons of garlic butter (or regular butter) ▪1 cup of crumbled feta cheese . DIRECTIONS: ?Pre-heat oven to 400F ?Wash asparagus and cut off the ends (about half a finger in length) ?Use one slice of bacon to tightly wrap approximately 4-5 asparagus sticks together into bundles ?Place bundles flat on to cookie sheet ?Melt butter and drizzle over each bundle ?Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes on 400F ?After 20 minutes, change oven setting to broil and leave in oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until bacon begins to crisp on top. Stay close to the oven to ensure that the asparagus does not burn. ?Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Serve and enjoy ? .
