Bacon Wrapped Asparagus 🥓 These wraps make for a perfect side dish with any meal. They are absolutely delicious 😋 . INGREDIENTS: ▪️A few slices of bacon, thin cut (do not use thick cut as they require more baking time and may overcook the asparagus) ▪️2 bunches of asparagus (or approximately 1lb) ▪️2 tablespoons of garlic butter (or regular butter) ▪️1 cup of crumbled feta cheese . DIRECTIONS: 🔹Pre-heat oven to 400F 🔹Wash asparagus and cut off the ends (about half a finger in length) 🔹Use one slice of bacon to tightly wrap approximately 4-5 asparagus sticks together into bundles 🔹Place bundles flat on to cookie sheet 🔹Melt butter and drizzle over each bundle 🔹Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes on 400F 🔹After 20 minutes, change oven setting to broil and leave in oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until bacon begins to crisp on top. Stay close to the oven to ensure that the asparagus does not burn. 🔹Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Serve and enjoy 👌 .
