Hilary Swank’s workout routine significantly changed over the years, and she recently opened up about staying active in her 50s. The two-time Oscar winner dished about her approach to fitness in a recent interview with Women’s Health, revealing she enjoys everything from tennis to Pilates.

Swank sat down with Women’s Health to discuss her approach to healthy living and revealed that her fitness routine has significantly changed since she welcomed her twins in 2023.

“Right now, my go-to is tennis and Pilates. Tennis is a big thing. I used to do three days a week of strength training. For me, I love lifting. It just makes me feel really grounded in my body. I’m actually building a gym in my garage, and I just got a piece of equipment I’m really excited about,” Swank told Women’s Health, revealing she is the proud owner of AmStaff Fitness SD-5000 All-In-One Smith Machine.

She also opened up about the pressure women go through to “get their body back” after giving birth on Instagram. The Oscar-winning actress said that looking a certain way was never her priority and that she was trying to feel like her strongest, most energized, most powerful self so she could support her children after becoming a mom.
