Standing Cat-Cow

This is a great morning exercise to stretch out your upper body and energize you for the day to come. Just put on your favorite breakfast news channel and stand up straight. Then alternately lean your shoulders forward and back, leaving your arms loose at your sides. This will loosen up your shoulders, back, and arms.

Tabata Workout

This high interval training will get you working up a sweat! Tabata exercise means doing 20 seconds workout, 10 seconds rest. Do this for 10 minutes while watching your favorite show and you get two activities for the price of one.

10-Minute Shoulder Workout

Another great exercise you can do at home is bodyweight shoulder exercises. This means you can strengthen your shoulders and stabilize those joints with no equipment and in front of the TV. A simple way to do this is to lean onto the arm of a couch or dinner table, and gently lower your body down and up on it with your arms, keeping your back straight. It’s like push-ups, but on furniture and more gentle on the joints.
