]]>The Grammy-winning singer recently shared the workout routine that got him in shape for his latest movie Palmer. In the intense video he posted on Instagram, Timberlake can be seen lifting a barbell loaded into a landmine platform. He’s performing a low-impact exercise known as landmine press, which puts less strain on the shoulders than other alternatives.
This exercise was recommended to Timberlake by his go-to trainer Ben Bruno, who always prepares him for his movie roles. He praised the actor and singer on Instagram for putting a lot of effort into his routine and achieving results he rarely sees in the pro athletes he trains.
“Justin trains constantly year-round, but once he sets a goal, he goes after it with an intense focus and effort and does whatever it takes. Here he’s doing an eccentric-emphasis landmine press with 120 pounds on the bar, which is seriously strong,” wrote Bruno in the caption of Timberlake’s workout video.

]]>The short clip shows Upton deadlifting 110 pounds, and many people wondered how she’s gotten so strong. The model’s trainer Ben Bruno shared her fitness secrets on his Instagram page and revealed she did 93 workouts over the course of 108 days.
Bruno also said that their workout sessions aren’t always that intense, but they all have one thing in common—Upton’s incredible commitment to her progress and consistent hard work.
“You can’t go crazy every day, but consistency is the name of the game. I love how Kate always pushes herself to get stronger and see what she’s capable of, and she’s such a great example for women that you can get strong without getting bulky,” Bruno wrote in an Instagram post.
