Make your shake by mixing 2 tsp instant coffee powder, 73,8 gr protein powder whey, 12 gr cocoa powder, 1 tsp stevia, 230 gr water and 1 banana.
For a home-made protein bar, you will be needing ¾ cup peanut butter, ½ cup unsweetened cashew milk, 2 ½ scoops chocolate whey protein, 2 ¼ cups oats. Mix it all together, place it in a pan, and put it into a fridge. Leave it for 2 hours, and then cut it into bars.
