Saladino believes in never starving yourself or allowing your body to dehydrate. He is not a fan of the low-carb trend and would prefer that people eat more (healthy) food rather than worrying about the numbers on the scale.
One thing he tries to focus on is building muscle which will give that lean, athletic effect.
Because we’re all human, the trainer acknowledges that some days will be easier to work out than others and that being perfect every day is not the goal.
Emphasizing that consistency is key, Saladino says, “The goal should be to leave there better than you felt before you came in. If you could be into this and you can have that attitude, you’re going to be in a great place.”
