I’ve heavily debated sharing this for a few months now. For a few reasons, but mainly I don’t want to ever come across as I believe my way is the only way, because I don’t think that’s true for everyone. Everyone believes different things and I am in no way saying your beliefs or way of thinking is wrong if that’s what’s making you happy and it’s hurting no one. But I do know that this has helped not only me, but many others as well and if by me sharing this it helps even one other person, then it was worth it. When I first stumbled upon this book I was in a pretty low point. I was desperately trying to let go of my past and bitter feelings, but I just couldn’t. I felt stuck. I was watching a video on YouTube one day and someone mentioned this book called The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle. I wasn’t searching to become spiritual, in fact I never even really knew what that meant at first. But this book really changed my way of thinking and started my spiritual journey. I highly recommend it if you have a hard time being present, can’t let go of your past, have anxiety, and really just want to better yourself for you and those around you. It’s not a cure all, but it’s a push to get you in the right direction to where you want to be. Also, please ignore the fact that the cover of mine got a little dirty, shit happens.
