FAT BURNING, HIIT WORKOUT
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s OK if you don’t have a gym membership, it’s OK if you don’t have any equipment, it’s OK if you can’t find a babysitter, it’s OK if you’re a little unsure or have no clue as to what the hell you are doing in the first place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Just get moving! The more you move your body, the more confident + comfortable you’ll get, and the more energy you’ll feel! By finding at least 30 minutes to get moving a day, you’re drastically going to make a difference in your health than being sedentary. Fight for your health. 
Jackson and her mom, Kimberly, moved from New Jersey to New York in order to work on their fitness brand. The ladies worked hard to make Brittne Babe stand out on social media and it worked.
They love being able to control every aspect of their life and their New York home serves as a prop for their photos. “It’s not so much about trying to be perfect or phony,” Brittne told Cosmopolitan. “I think it’s more so about things being visually appealing because that’s the point of social media.”

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ EXERCISES: 1⃣ Rocking Chest Press 2⃣ Extended Raise 3⃣ Extended Raises – Tricep Extensions 4⃣ Extended Chest Press ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD: Perform each exercise for 60 seconds.
