Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that concentrates mainly on grappling and ground fighting. It was developed from the basics of Japanese Jiujutsu and Kodokan Judo. It offers a lot of fun, since it’s a contact sport which can also be used in self-defense.
