Chris Hemsworth is constantly sharing his workout videos with the world and they’re always worth waiting for. In one of his latest workout videos, the Marvel actor recommended using super sets to take your workout routine to the next level.

If you’re trying to copy the actor’s routine, he says it’s a good idea to “super set your weighted exercise with a bodyweight movement to ramp up the intensity on your next session”. He listed all the exercises he included in his routine, with 20-second breaks in between.

Needless to say, Hemsworth’s workout is as intense as it gets and it includes everything from push-ups and burpees to floor presses and skull crushers. Most exercises are performed with a heavy set of dumbbells and he listed the exact number of reps for each exercise for those brave enough to copy his routine. As always, this routine is available through his Centr health and fitness app.

Ramping up the intensity isn’t the only useful advantage of doing super sets. It’s also perfect for people with a busy schedule because it can shorten the time you’re spending on a workout. It can also help your body burn more fat and calories by keeping your heart rate up.

Zoë Kravitz is the latest star to take on the iconic role of Catwoman in The Batman alongside Robert Pattinson. This is one of the most physically demanding roles that she’s ever played, so how did she exactly get in shape for this endeavor?

Kravitz has always been known for her petite frame, but her workout routine for this role was more intense than ever. After eight busy hours on set, she would work out at home for three hours, getting ready to embody Selina Kyle.

“Obviously, you want to look good in a catsuit, but I wanted it to be realistic that I’m able to do anything in this film. So I had to be strong. I got stronger than I’ve ever been. That felt good, to see what I was capable of. I felt confident—and I could kick some a–,” Kravitz told Elle.

The Big Little Lies star also previously discussed her routine with Harper’s Bazaar and revealed she prefers training on her own because she worked with a lot of trainers over the years and learned everything she needs to know about fitness along the way. She’s a fan of morning workouts, and her routine usually consists of stretches, sit-ups, and leg exercises, but she really ramped up the intensity while preparing for her role in The Batman.
