Tomato Juice or Tomato Soup

Bananas are one of the best snacks out there. You can find them anywhere, plus they are not expensive at all. Bananas will give you the daily dose of potassium and replenish the electrolytes you need.

Avocado

Avocados are not only loaded with healthy fats, but they also bring potassium to the table. You are probably surprised to see them on this list, but it’s good to know that this fruit is an approved post-workout snack.

По мне так – это идеальный вариант (был бы), но правда том, что изначально, по задумке это иллюстрация к рецепту:) Да да – это мусс из авокадо с острым перцем:) ⠀ ⠀ Но … потом было примерно 100500 вариантов что бы с этим ещё сделать. Вариант обложки тоже был, но по нескольким концептуальным причинам, этого не случилось 🙂 Для опенера было жалко, для содержания тоже. Сделали вторую обложку (внутреннюю). ⠀ ⠀ Но меня разбирает любопытство – как вам идея снять в таком стиле рецептурный проект?!
