Make sure you set up your things at least six feet away from other people and wear a mask before and after the class.
Low impact exercise classes like yoga and pilates are safer than HIIT or spinning because participants are less likely to breathe heavily and sweat and the instructors are more likely to talk in softer voices, making droplets less likely to spread into the air. Also when possible, try and set up the activity in a shaded area or have the class in the morning, so you don’t have to use fans, which can spread the virus.
