Keep the Distance

There has to be a significant distance between frisbee players so they can throw the disc properly. Social distancing shouldn’t be an issue, but it’s important to keep this in mind and stick to playing in smaller groups to avoid getting too close to each other.

Disinfect Your Gear

Despite the social distance, you’ll still be touching the frisbee disc throughout the game. It’s recommended to clean discs and wash your hand regularly, but it’s equally important to avoid touching your face.

Try Disc Golf

Алиса — мощный игрок, и в этом году она играет за обе российские сборные — и на песке, и на траве. На песке она уже стала чемпионкой Европы. И вот что рассказывает Алиса про ЧЕ в Португалии: ⠀ «Турнир оказался непростым. Мы проиграли две игры по ходу турнира и это были тяжелые поражения. Но я очень рада, что мы смогли пройти через них, собраться и показать ту игру, которую можем. Здесь большую роль сыграл наш тренер, Дмитрий Подольский, который очень верно реагировал на эти поражения и настраивал нас на будущие игры. ⠀ У меня не было почти никаких ожиданий от турнира. Я стараюсь не загадывать, даже сетку не смотрю. Но этот ЧЕ определённо сплотил сборную, научил новому, сделал сильнее. Погода была интересная: солнце и очень сильный ветер, практики с которым у нас почти не было. Пришлось преодолевать себя в отношении паса. Первые дни были мучением: нужно было привыкнуть все время думать о том, откуда дует ветер, и контролировать пас, не давать привычкам на броске вылезать наружу. К концу турнира мы лучше ладили с ветром. Это был отличный опыт. ⠀ Мне нравится песок, потому что на нем обычно чаще приходится прыгать в лейауты. А я это очень люблю.
