]]>If you gasp for breath after climbing stairs, thereโs something unhealthy going on in your body.
We all face these issues at some point in our lives. And yet, we try to resolve new fitness goals like:
“I know how to get in shape; I will eat less and move more”
“I know how to do workouts; I shall get my stamina up and do pushups daily”
“I know how to eat healthy- greener food and less sugary eatables.”
Yet, we arenโt able to get the results we desire. This is because we lack something. It is probably the urge to stick to our resolutions. We are simply unable to follow the fitness goals for more than a week.
This is because our brains crave for instant gratification and building new habits take time. In the process, we donโt understand whatโs happening and we get back to our busy lives. Being motivated throughout and being honest about your methods is the best way to stay on track.
