In one of her recent workout videos, Larson can be seen doing squats while lifting an incredible amount of weight at her home gym. The video was followed by a cheeky caption that read “no toes were hurt in the making” because she did the entire routine barefoot.
Another video shows her doing squats with a unique piece of workout equipment called Exxentric, used for flywheel training. The machine in question is known as KBox, and it’s been created with intense workouts and serious strength-building exercises in mind.

After feasting on a cookie, the Oscar-winning actress and her trainer Jason Walsh went through an equipment-free routine that seemed pretty intense. They kicked things off with a warm-up, which included several different variations of squats.
The duo did planks, upward dog, butterfly extensions, and several other movements during the main part of their workout. They moved to high-intensity cardio near the finish and cooled down by doing stretching and breathing exercises.
