Staying active at home can be tough, and it turns out that Brie Larson is struggling with this issue, as well. After months of social distancing, the Captain Marvel star finally called up her personal trainer and shared her first quarantine workout with the world.
Before starting her workout, Larson admitted it’s been a while since her last training session. That’s why she decided to set achievable goals for herself and “be realistic about where [she’s] coming from and enjoy it while [her] mind flips out.”
After feasting on a cookie, the Oscar-winning actress and her trainer Jason Walsh went through an equipment-free routine that seemed pretty intense. They kicked things off with a warm-up, which included several different variations of squats.
The duo did planks, upward dog, butterfly extensions, and several other movements during the main part of their workout. They moved to high-intensity cardio near the finish and cooled down by doing stretching and breathing exercises.
