Writing down your thoughts and feelings about certain life events and situations is helpful. Getting them written down on paper allows the thoughts to be out in the open. This can alleviate some stress these feelings can cause us—you may even come back a few weeks later with a much clearer understanding of what you were writing about.
When you write down your goals, it is easy and clear to see what you want. If they are just thoughts in your head, they could get lost.
