ARE YOU TAKING THE TIME TO STRETCH? Make sure you like ❤ and save for later to support your girl and the workout videos! Honestly, I’m guilty of not posting enough about stretching and mobility and truth is its because im worried it would be because you might find it boring. BUT! Its not boring its VITAL❗❗. Mobility and stretching is so important to incorporate into your workout regime. Whether you are doing a little cardio at the start of your workouts or 5-10 minutes of stretching before and after your session just be sure to do it and priorities it. Please also remember that flexibility and someone’s mobility will depend on your joints as well! For the next week I challenge you to incorporate this simple routine into your sessions. METHOD: ⏹Perform each stretch from the individual slides provided for 15-20 Seconds (each side) 6 Stretches to help your body loosen up, preventing injuries and a great way to improve flexibility Truly hope this helps! #fitnessmotivation #fitfam #stretchy #toneandsculpt

You already know your girls been recording and posting workouts videos for 2 whole years on the gram 😮 But I really wanted to help you out even further by providing you a WORKOUT SPLIT/ROUTINE. Everyday this week I will be posting Days 1-5 work of workout ideas/exercises you can incorporate into YOUR routine to help you along your fitness journey. DO WE LIKE THIS IDEA💅🏽Comment down below and let me know? Kick starting the week off right with some Hamstrings & Glutes. You can do this workout today or have it ready for tomorrow. METHOD: 1⃣Standing Hammie Curl: I love a good curling motion on lower body days so that why I either do a lying leg curl or as an alternative this!: 12 Reps 3 Sets Each Leg. 2⃣SUPERSET: Hip-thrust 10 Reps Followed by 15 Sumo Squats 4 Sets 3⃣Romanian Deadlifts: make sure you’re incorporating some type of stretching movement into your hamstring & glute days! 12 Reps 4 Sets 4⃣Abductions: Great alternative if you do not have a leg abduction machine. 12 Reps 3 Sets Each Leg. SCULPT THAT UPPER BOD! Go on give this workout a like ❤ and cheeky save for later I feel so strong and powerful after an upper body session. I haven’t been able to train as much as I would like and that’s honestly because sometimes priorities have to change so I’ve switched my workouts to the 3 day a week gym guide on the @toneandsculptapp along with a couple challenges to just help me get a sweat on! I’m feeling so good about it! Been focusing on phase 2 of the @toneandsculptapp and adding new routines from phase 3 launching soon soon… Cardio wise? Its either 30 mins of LISS or HIIT after my weights! A lot of people ask me whether they should be doing cardio every day and honestly I personally do not! I like to add cardio into my sessions 2-3 times a week and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. You really do not need to be doing endless hours of cardio a day to see result!!!! WHO WANTS A CHALLENGE? METHOD: 1⃣ Incline Sprints: 15% incline. 30 Seconds sprint, 20 seconds rest. Repeat 4 times 2⃣ Sprints: 30 Seconds sprints, 30 Seconds rest. Repeat 4 times. 3⃣ Side Sprints: 20 Seconds each side 20 Seconds rest. Repeat 4 times.
