]]> Are you craving chocolate ice cream, but trying to stay clear of added sugars? Nice cream is a sugar-free, dairy-free dessert made with frozen fruits and this chocolate version only has four ingredients: almond milk, vanilla, bananas, and cocoa. Pull out your blender and make this chocolate nice cream today.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups sliced bananas, frozen
  • 1/4 cup cocoa

Instructions:

  1. Thinly slice the bananas and spread them on a parchment-lined sheet pan, freezing them until they’re solid. Transfer to a zip-lock bag until you’re ready to use them.
  2. Place almond milk and vanilla in a high-powered blender and add the bananas and cocoa.
  3. Blend, making sure the bananas get into the blades.
  4. When the mixture smooth, serve and what you don’t use, transfer to a storage tub and freeze for up to two days.

Buenos días! Hoy para empezar el día de una manera refrescante, os comparto una receta de “helado real” (como me gusta llamarlo a mi ?) de chocolate. Vamos allá! . Ingredientes (para 3 personas): 3 plátanos congelados cortados a trozos 55gr de cacao puro en polvo (usar 30gr por cada 200gr de plátano) . Preparación: Añadimos al vaso de Thermomix los plátanos congelados (mejor congelados de un día para otro o como mínimo 4 horas) partidos previamente en rodajas y el cacao Una vez todo dentro, triturar 10 segundos a velocidad 6. Bajar todos los restos de las paredes y volver a repetir este proceso varias veces más, triturando y bajando todo de nuevo, hasta que veamos que el helado tiene la textura de la foto (yo he tenido que repetirlo unas 6 o 7 veces).
