Going for a walk with your best friend is a perfect way to stay active throughout the day. Now that you have more time, you can extend the walks or go out more frequently.

Ride a Bike

Do you need to go to the post office? Great! Just hop onto your bike and have an enjoyable ride to your nearby destination.

Gardening

Another great way to get your daily exercise. Plus, you will have the prettiest backyard in the neighborhood. It’s a double win, right?

Volunteer

You can always volunteer at your local animal shelter, or pack and deliver meals for seniors and families in need. It will definitely keep you up and moving around. Plus you will be helping those who need an extra hand.
