]]>The actress knows that working out with friends is the best way to find motivation even if you don’t really feel like exercising. That’s why she often does dance workouts or goes hiking with her buddies.
A few years ago Reese posted a picture from her yoga retreat in New Zealand, which proves that practicing yoga is just one of the ways she stays so fit.
Reese has proved her love for vegetables in several interviews and multiple Instagram photos. She loves kale and all sorts of salads and she’s been drinking her favorite green smoothie with spinach, romaine lettuce, celery and banana for the past nine years.
Reese does her workouts early in the morning, around 7:30, six days a week. Her trainer said they like mixing both strength and cardio training with other fun activities such as yoga, running, and hiking.

]]>“Going through my computer, I found this an old email that linked to footage from my training days on the film #WaterForElephants. WOW! It took me back to 2010, when I got to work with some extremely talented circus trainers for my role as Marlena. Preparing for this film with @aloysiagavre and all the trainers at @cirqueschool was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience,” Witherspoon wrote along the video.
She noted that she had no idea how hard it would be when she first started, but she gave it all she had and found the challenge captivating. She admitted that the stunt work she did for the movie pushed her farther than she’d ever gone as an actor but she loved every bit of it.
How amazing would it be to be able to do all the stunts the beautiful actress did in the movie?
