She Works Out with Friends

The actress knows that working out with friends is the best way to find motivation even if you don’t really feel like exercising. That’s why she often does dance workouts or goes hiking with her buddies.

She Practices Yoga

A few years ago Reese posted a picture from her yoga retreat in New Zealand, which proves that practicing yoga is just one of the ways she stays so fit.

She Likes Her Greens

Reese has proved her love for vegetables in several interviews and multiple Instagram photos. She loves kale and all sorts of salads and she’s been drinking her favorite green smoothie with spinach, romaine lettuce, celery and banana for the past nine years.

She Likes Morning Workouts

Reese does her workouts early in the morning, around 7:30, six days a week. Her trainer said they like mixing both strength and cardio training with other fun activities such as yoga, running, and hiking.
