Storage belts will hold your phone, keys, snacks, toilet paper, hand sanatizers, and face masks.
When you can’t maintain a social distance of six feet, face masks or neck gaiters are essential to wear. Neck gaiters are easy to pull over your nose and mouth and they can sit around your neck or be worn as a headband when other people aren’t around.
It’s much more enjoyable to run when you can listen to a playlist or podcast. Make sure the volume isn’t to loud so you can still hear people, traffic, and animals.
