]]>Described as an inspiring new audio walking experience, “Time to Walk” was created with one goal in mind—encouraging Apple Fitness+ subscribers to walk more often and reap the benefits from this healthy activity.
Jay Blahnik, Apple’s senior director of fitness technologies, explained their decision to launch this feature by saying that walking happens to be the most popular physical activity in the world, which can “help clear the mind, solve a problem, or welcome a new perspective.”
While listening to each “Time to Walk” episode, you’ll be joined by “influential and interesting people” who will share thoughtful and meaningful stories, music, and more. The first four celebrities to team up with Apple Fitness+ are the country legend Dolly Parton, musician Shawn Mendes, NBA player Draymond Green, and Emmy-winning actress Uzo Aduba, and we can’t wait to see who’s next in line.

]]>Like the majority of other dance cardio videos that MadFit shared with 4.7 million of her subscribers, this one requires no equipment. It also activates several muscle groups at the same time and all you need to complete is a yoga mat and three minutes of your time.
MadFit explained she wanted to make this workout video because she found herself “dancing and wanting to express [herself] when listening to it.” She added this workout is “absolutely killer on the legs” because it includes many different variations of squats and jumping exercises.
If the beat of “Wonder” simple isn’t fast enough for you, MadFit previously shared workout videos synchronized to Shawn Mendes’ catchier tunes. She also recorded workouts to the beat of “If I Can’t Have You” and Camila Cabello collaboration “Señorita” last year.
