MadFit’s Workout to “Wonder” by Shawn Mendes is Surprisingly Intense

When Shawn Mendes dropped his latest single “Wonder”, we didn’t really think it was a suitable workout song, but MadFit proved us wrong. The famous influencer recently shared a workout video to the beat of this power ballad and we were pleasantly surprised by its intensity.

Like the majority of other dance cardio videos that MadFit shared with 4.7 million of her subscribers, this one requires no equipment. It also activates several muscle groups at the same time and all you need to complete is a yoga mat and three minutes of your time.

MadFit explained she wanted to make this workout video because she found herself “dancing and wanting to express [herself] when listening to it.” She added this workout is “absolutely killer on the legs” because it includes many different variations of squats and jumping exercises.
