While packing for your trip, do not forget to pack a few pieces of exercise clothes. Chose those that are made of quick-drying material, so you can easily wash them and have them dried until tomorrow. Don’t forget your running shoes and make room in your suitcase for your favorite pair.

Daily Passes

Many gyms offer daily free passes, or sometimes even weekly passes. Hotels also have deals with local gyms for special discounts, so check if the hotel you’re planning to stay at during your trip has some special offers you could use.

We all know that partying when your traveling is great fun. If you want to drink but stay as “healthy” as possible, the best options are wine or sipping neat liquor. Instead of using public transport you can go sightseeing on foot or rent a bike. It’s the perfect way to burn all those extra calories you have gained at breakfast.

Climb the Stairs

Is that famous castle situated on a hill? Great! Do not use the elevator, instead, use the stairs to climb up, and voila, your cardio is done for the day!

If your hotel doesn’t have a gym, no worries, you can always go for a walk to the nearby park and do your workout there. A good run or two around the park will do the job.
