According to them, an appropriate consumption of water per day for a man should be about 15 and a half cups, which is akin to 3.7 liters. For women, 11 and a half cups, which is about 2.7 liters.
If you don’t even come close to drinking this amount of water per day, it’s important to note that you can get water from many different sources. In addition to drinking it straight up out of the bottle, you can get water from fruit and vegetables. However, we wouldn’t place our bets on that covering your intake—instead we’d recommend drinking the required amount the standard way.
