]]>One of the most underrated exercises you can do is improve your grip strength. By using a hand grip, you can easily do this in your own seat without breaking much of a sweat. Considering the fact that you probably don’t have time to do this exercise at home, the plane is the perfect place to do this exercise.
It might not be a 10K, but walking is still exercise. Get up out of your seat and walk along the aisles when you’ve noticed that it’s relatively empty. You’ll stretch your legs and get your heart pumping a little, just the right amount to make you feel good and healthy.
If you really want to take things up a notch, you can actually do curls while you’re on a plane. If it means that much to you, you can bring a small dumbbell in your carry-on, and take it to the back of the plane when you’re ready to go. You’ll stand in the back and do your curls and you won’t bother anyone.
