Let’s be real, if you’re a workout junkie, you want to squeeze in as much exercise as possible into your day. This is true even when you’re flying across the country on an airplane in the sky. You might think that working out on an airplane is impossible, but there are actually many things you can do to get your heart pumping that won’t bother the other passengers.

Hand Grip Exercises

One of the most underrated exercises you can do is improve your grip strength. By using a hand grip, you can easily do this in your own seat without breaking much of a sweat. Considering the fact that you probably don’t have time to do this exercise at home, the plane is the perfect place to do this exercise.

Walking

It might not be a 10K, but walking is still exercise. Get up out of your seat and walk along the aisles when you’ve noticed that it’s relatively empty. You’ll stretch your legs and get your heart pumping a little, just the right amount to make you feel good and healthy.

Curls

If you really want to take things up a notch, you can actually do curls while you’re on a plane. If it means that much to you, you can bring a small dumbbell in your carry-on, and take it to the back of the plane when you’re ready to go. You’ll stand in the back and do your curls and you won’t bother anyone.
