]]>Treading water works out the whole body and is a great way to warm up. Simply move your arms back and forth in the water and kick your feet back and forth below you. This will keep you afloat for as long as you want.
After you’ve warmed up, start swimming lengths of the pool with breaststroke. Swim like a frog with your arms pulling you along with a wide motion as your legs kick out behind you. This is a great way to strengthen your core, your chest, and legs.

It’s called Jukari and it enables you to train like a real trapeze artist while swinging, flying, and jumping in the air. This workout is great for improving strength and endurance, toning your body, and most importantly—it’s so much fun.
Another unusual and fun workout performed in the air is antigravity yoga. This workout is inspired by yoga, pilates, and aerial acrobatics and most of the exercises are performed using a hammock-like apparatus. Antigravity yoga is great for increasing flexibility and strength and it’s very beneficial for people with back problems.
People are obviously going to come up with a bunch of cool (or unusual) ways to make exercising easier. Dancing for fitness is already popular, but what about singing? Apparently, there are gyms in the U.S. where people work out while singing, and this supposedly helps them keep focus and control their breathing during their workout.
