If your usual workout has become boring and you don’t feel inspired anymore, there are plenty of ways you can exercise and have a lot of fun. These workouts may be unusual, but they seem like a lot of fun, so make sure to check them out.
Jukari
One of the newest fitness crazes is this circus-inspired workout developed by Cirque du Soleil and Reebok. It’s called Jukari and it enables you to train like a real trapeze artist while swinging, flying, and jumping in the air. This workout is great for improving strength and endurance, toning your body, and most importantly—it’s so much fun.
Antigravity Yoga
Another unusual and fun workout performed in the air is antigravity yoga. This workout is inspired by yoga, pilates, and aerial acrobatics and most of the exercises are performed using a hammock-like apparatus. Antigravity yoga is great for increasing flexibility and strength and it’s very beneficial for people with back problems.
Karaoke Spin Class
People are obviously going to come up with a bunch of cool (or unusual) ways to make exercising easier. Dancing for fitness is already popular, but what about singing? Apparently, there are gyms in the U.S. where people work out while singing, and this supposedly helps them keep focus and control their breathing during their workout.
