“My morning routine is sacred to me and really keeps me mentally grounded. After waking up, coffee is a must, which I typically enjoy while walking my dog. I also like to work out in the morning, when my schedule allows, to clear my head and set the tone for the day,” said Hale.
Meditation is also a huge part of her process because it helps her cope with her anxiety and it helps her keep a clear head. Unfortunately, Hale’s schedule is usually packed, but she tries to find some time for this activity every morning since it “sets the right intention for the day.”

“What I love specifically about Training Mate is that it’s a group fitness environment, people of all shapes and sizes, people who work out all the time, people who never work out and you can kind of make it as hard or as easy as you want,” explained Hale.
The young actress is also a huge fan of SoulCycle, hiking, and boxing, and she can feel there’s something missing whenever she skips a workout because the time she spends at the gym makes her feel stronger and more powerful.
“I feel better about myself. I feel better about situations … just better about life in general when I’m consistent with [exercise] and, really, I can tell a difference within a couple of days if I’m not active, so I really try to make it a priority no matter what’s going on in my life,” explained Lucy Hale.
