Lucy Hale Talks About The Importance of Her Morning Routine

It’s extremely important to find a morning routine that works for you because it sets the tone for the rest of your day. Lucy Hale was fortunate enough to find hers and her process could inspire you to rise and shine in the morning just like she does.

Our favorite Pretty Little Liar recently discussed everything from her workouts to mental health with Mind Body Green and explained why it’s so important to develop healthy morning habits that work for you.

“My morning routine is sacred to me and really keeps me mentally grounded. After waking up, coffee is a must, which I typically enjoy while walking my dog. I also like to work out in the morning, when my schedule allows, to clear my head and set the tone for the day,” said Hale.

Meditation is also a huge part of her process because it helps her cope with her anxiety and it helps her keep a clear head. Unfortunately, Hale’s schedule is usually packed, but she tries to find some time for this activity every morning since it “sets the right intention for the day.”
