Lucy Hale’s Fitness Routine Includes Hiking and SoulCycle

Our favorite Pretty Little Liar, Lucy Hale recently shared her workout regimen with Us Weekly, and her fitness journey is truly inspiring. She enjoys everything from group classes to hiking and follows a pescatarian diet all year long.

Despite the fact she has a personal trainer, who’s always encouraging her to do better, Hale also enjoys group glasses, including the 45-minute HIIT regiment Training Mate, because they’re incredibly inclusive and fun.

“What I love specifically about Training Mate is that it’s a group fitness environment, people of all shapes and sizes, people who work out all the time, people who never work out and you can kind of make it as hard or as easy as you want,” explained Hale.

The young actress is also a huge fan of SoulCycle, hiking, and boxing, and she can feel there’s something missing whenever she skips a workout because the time she spends at the gym makes her feel stronger and more powerful.

“I feel better about myself. I feel better about situations … just better about life in general when I’m consistent with [exercise] and, really, I can tell a difference within a couple of days if I’m not active, so I really try to make it a priority no matter what’s going on in my life,” explained Lucy Hale.
